Abstract(in English) | The EM-analysis, one of the Side Channel attacks, has advantage for the freedom of the measuring point, espacially it is effective to measure from the power-supply lines. We measured electromagnetic wave from power-supply line, which has almost zero impedance, and the CEAM required several times of traces compared with the CPA. Its major cause derives from the mixing noise, therefore the digital filter can be applied to reduce the noise level, and CEMA result showed its effectiveness to reduce the trace number. |
