Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Due to the widely spread of the Internet, cyclic broadcasting methods are paid attention to in recent years. On cyclic broadcasting methods there are the possibility that packet loss and jitter cause interruption of the reproduction. However there have been few studies on these influence. Then, we propose SDBB, which is packet-loss & jitter tolerant cyclic broadcasting method by installing extra buffering scheme beforehand, and we show evaluation results of this method. Moreover, we analyze the performance of SDBB when there are jitters on the network and lead to a required condition for a continuous reproduction with no interruption.
