Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) IEEE 802.11 DCF, widely used as standard of wireless LAN, cannot give transmission opportunity preferentially to specific data flow. Moreover, unfairness is caused among data flows with different link qualities. Receiving-Opportunity Control in MAC Frame is one of QoS controlling methods that requires no terminal modifications, and transmission opportunities are provided to high-priority flow. This paper proposes a novel scheme which guarantees the throughput of high-priority flow, considering fairness among low-priority flows using ROC in wireless LAN with different link qualities. Simulation evaluation results show that the proposed scheme is effective.
