Abstract(in English) MOBIKE is one of the mobile communication technologies which is an enhancement of IKEv2 protocol. Although MOBIKE has an advantage that handover time is shorter than Mobile IP, MOBIKE itself doesn't have a function of route optimization. Therefore, control of congestion and delay is difficult when mobile users roam over wide areas. In this paper, we propose a route optimization architecture for mobile networks using MOBIKE. Performance analysis is also discussed in this paper.
