Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Although VoD services are provided by many ISPs, the number of content provided by each VoD service is one-order smaller than that provided by rental video service, so the limited content count is one of the obstacles to become widespread. To solve this problem, we can consider that ISPs use content owned by other ISPs by collaborating with them. However, to realize a coalition among multiple ISPs, we need to establish a rational allocation of profit among ISPs which all ISPs participating the coalition can be convinced. Therefore, we proposed to use the Shapley value in the coalitional game as the rational allocation of profit. It is anticipated that ISPs accommodating receiving users or ISPs owing delivered content obtain the profit of each delivery in general. Therefore, in this paper, we derive the profit allocation when using these general allocation methods and compare them with the Shapley value. Through numerical evaluation, we clarify the tendency of under- or over-evaluating each ISP when using these general allocation methods.
