Abstract(in English) This paper describes support of multilingual communication which becomes a problem at various places in recent years. There is a problem of language barrier in multilingual communications. To solve the problem I suppose the use of machine translation customized to a multilingual community. The kind of the machine translation is Example-based Machine Translation. And I construct the framework in which the quality of the machine translation is higher and higher while it is used in a community, and apply it to a multilingual community actually.
