Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Quantification of quality and maintenance cost of an ontology is an important problem for ontology-based enterprise applications. This paper proposes a method that estimates the quality of the whole ontology acquired from the whole documents by using the ontology acquired from a part of the documents. Our method presumes correlations between the quality of the ontology (precision or recall) and linguistic features of the documents. We present an evaluation result to confirm availability of our method.
