| 抄録(和) | 近年,特に医学分野においてX線CT像やMRIなど種々の画像の利用が一般化しつつある.このうち拍動による心臓の周期的な形状変化を記述するMR画像時系列は,心機能の解析を非侵襲に行う上で有効な画像モダリティである.この様な画像系列において,画素値の時間変化は心臓の形状変化だけでなく,血流変化やMR信号の緩和など,種々の要因により生じる.本報告では,この様な画素値の変化傾向の解析を目的とし,Region-based Contour Treeによる時空間画像の等値面構造記述とContour Structure Mapによる等値面構造の2次元表示を用いて,MR画像時系列の解析を試みた結果について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, various images such as X-ray CTs and MRIs are frequently used in medical field. Temporal series of cardiac MRI describing heart motion are useful for non-invasive analysis of cardiac functions. In these series of images, temporal changes of image intensity are caused not only by the morphological changes of heart, but also by the blood flow and MR signal relaxations. In this report, we propose a procedure to analyze these temporal changes of intensity by describing structures of isosurfaces in spacio-temporal images using Region-based Contour Trees, and by visualizing the structures using two-dimensional Contour Structure Maps. Here we present a result of the procedure applying to a temporal series of cardiac MRI. |
