Abstract(in English) Feasibility study of Long-Term Evolution(LTE)-Advanced has been started as Release 10 and beyond in 3rd Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)for the further enhanced radio-access technologies of LTE based on Release 8 specification. This paper presents two potential key technologies, coordinated multi-point(CoMP)transmission and reception and Relay techniques, to be exploited for LTE-Advanced system studied in 3GPP.
