Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we report on the improvement in performance of organic thin-film transistors(TFTs)using small molecular and polymeric materials. Increase of mobility, lowering of operation voltage, and air-stability improvement are described in detail. A flexible organic light-emitting diode display using the organic TFTs is successfully demonstrated. |
