Abstract(in English) A compact and broadband All-Pass/Capacitive-Coupled BPF has been developed. The phase shifter is switching All-Pass network and capacitive-coupled BPF. Because the circuit has external coupling elements, the bandwidth can be arbitrary designed. In this paper, we derived design equations and fabricated 45deg. phase shifter in C-band. The measured return loss was 14.8dB and the insertion loss was 1.9dB at the worst case over in 4-8GHz band. And measured phase shift was 47deg.+/-3.8deg. over the same frequency range.
