Abstract(in English) In recent years, study of the microwave assisted chemical reaction becomes popular. To use for the combinatorial biochemistry field, we have been manufacturing the TM_<110> rectangle resonator which heats eight wells of a well-plate at the same time in the same way. In this research, heating behavior of the wells in the resonating cavity for 2.45GHz band is described.
