Abstract(in English) We propose an interface that uses a web map system without keyboard input to search for and show content that is indexed by both geographic information and time information; a key advance is the use of time information to reduce content overlap. The proposed interface adds a time slider to the Location Based Service (LBS). Several experiments confirm that using time information can well reduce content overlap and shorten content retrieval time. Furthermore, we added a user-generated content entry function to our system; it uses geo-coding to spatially index the content. Additional experiments confirm its effectiveness.
