Abstract(in English) In the Secure Printing System (referred to as a "SPS") that we have developed, the system manages the information of users and the equipments in original database and has the original certification mechanism using the ID/password. Therefore, it is necessary for users to login whenever they use it and is necessary for the administrator to manage these information. In contrast, Kerberos authentication system and management system of users and equipments using directory service are used widely in the general office. In this study, it was intended that we solved the problem mentioned above by integrating some functions of SPS with the system of administration mentioned above and we suggested new SPS which improved and implemented management characteristics and convenience. In addition, we evaluated the management characteristics of the system by adopting it to office.
