| Abstract(in English) | Telephone service is a necessary communications means in the contemporary society. However, the system has a basic problem that requires the situation both sides are ready for using the system. This paper reports the result of the consideration about the telephone secretary system which receives telephone calls and/or relays it to the user using a word spotting technology and clarify the demand condition to the word spotting. |
