Abstract(in English)	We propose a support system for information search task at a technical support center. This system inputs search and references histories of the vendor technical information and the internal case database. Then it quantitatively evaluates the relativity of referred information and recommends the information with the high degree of relation. As the result of experiment for the inquiry contents assumed in the technical support center, the proposed system has successfully reduced 14% of search times. In this paper, we report the details about the tendency of the search and the relativity of the extracted information.
