Abstract(in English) With the deployment of new service and the expansion of existing service, Telecom operator builds additional functions and facility enlargement in Network Element (NE) regularly. Therefore, it is a critical issue to reduce the cost for additional maintenance function to Operation Support System (OSS), that leads to improvement of OSS productivity. We suggest Distributed Data Driven Architecture (D3A) as the architecture to realize OSS and succeed in practical use of a system based on D3A. On this report, we indicate the software productivity analysis when we developed the new OSS for Femto Cell base stations.
