| Abstract(in English) | In the specific bandwidth around 2GHz-band, where both MSS (Mobile Satellite Services) system for satellite communication and IMT (International Mobile Telecommunication) system for land mobile communication are assigned, STICS (Satellite/Terrestrial Integrated Mobile Communication System) is considered to realize the wide-area reliable wireless network. STICS is one of the heterogeneous wireless networks that have satellite system and land system within its shared bandwidth in order to use frequency resource efficiently. Since optimized channel bandwidth is different between satellite system and land system, there is a problem of nonuse land-bands divided by a satellite-band for interference avoidance. In this paper, we propose a bandwidth compressed transmission scheme utilizing interference suppression technique. Then we adopt the scheme to OFDM-based IMT system in order to assign the new spectrum in the previous nonuse band and to improve frequency utilization efficiency. By computer simulation, we show the limitation of bandwidth compression ratio and that our proposal is not influential to satellite system. Moreover we refer the improvement of the average throughput per land-band. |
