Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper address the coexistence issue of cognitive radio system (CRS). In particular we focus on the coexistence of secondary user (SU) networks or devices. We propose a logical entity named as "coexistence manager (CM)" for the CRS. The CM can access a database where regulatory information and sensing information are stored. It can also obtain the information of SU networks or devices. Based on these information, the CM makes decision of coexistence and send the commands or messages to the Su networks or devices to make reconfiguration. In this paper, we also give the deployment examples of the CM and present an example protocols of CM in managing two SU networks.
