A design of cognitive radio manager on IMS using presence information

Abstract(in English) Cooperation with existing wireless systems is one of key issue for cognitive radio technology if the technology is deployed in real world. In this paper, we propose the way how deploy cognitive wireless clouds (CWC) architecture on the IMS network. It becomes possible to collect and to provide the information of radio access networks connected to the IMS network by the deployment of CWC on IMS. In addition, presence management function on IMS is applied for exchanging data related to cognitive capabilities, e.g. information of user preferences and information of access points, between CWC entities. The data exchange method for information related to cognitive capabilities and Setting up method of link aggregation on IMS are also describe in this paper.
