Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A lot of efforts to research and to develop cognitive radio technologies have been made in all over the world. Several organizations and groups have started standardization activities based on results of the efforts. In this paper, we describe current discussions how to introduce new spectrum management methods in ITU-R, and also activities to define technical standards of network architecture for cognitive radio technologies in IEEE P1900.4.
