| 抄録(和) | コグニティブ無線技術に関する研究が世界中で進められており,早くも複数の組織・グループの下で周波数のあり方や技術に関して標準化の動きが加速している.本稿では,これらの動きの中から筆者らが実際に参加・活動している,ITU-Rにおける周波数利用のあり方と電波法性のあり方に関する議論と,IEEEP1900.4におけるコグニティブ無線のためのアーキテクチャに関する議論の動向を紹介する. |
| 抄録(英) | A lot of efforts to research and to develop cognitive radio technologies have been made in all over the world. Several organizations and groups have started standardization activities based on results of the efforts. In this paper, we describe current discussions how to introduce new spectrum management methods in ITU-R, and also activities to define technical standards of network architecture for cognitive radio technologies in IEEE P1900.4. |
