A study on blind MIMO equalization system using tagging filter

Abstract(in English) A blind equalization system using on a pre-filter is proposed in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless communication systems in this paper. With the proposed technique, each modulated signal is pre-filtering based on an allpass filter, which is called to Transmit Tagging Filter, (TT-Filter). At the receiver, the inverse filter of the TT-filter is used to separate streams. Therefore, the proposed method can solve the problem where permutation of transmitted signal exist in principle with the blind MIMO equalization method, and the proposed tagging system transforms a blind MIMO problem into a blind single-input multiple-output (SIMO) problem. Computer simulation with constant modulus sources verifies the effectiveness of the proposed system.
