Energy Minimization for Reliable Links in Wireless Sensor Networks

Abstract(in English) We consider an energy consumption issue of wireless sensor networks required for both circuit and signal transmission per information bit. The required transmission energy is calculated based on the channel cutoff rate of M-ary modulation. The optimum rates for communication in different situations are provided.
