Abstract(in English) SC/FDMA communication systems are developing for uplink transmissions in the LTE(Long Term Evolution)of cellular systems. SC/FDMA signals have indeed such desirable properties as low PAPR and MUI-free even under the multi-path environments. However, in the systems with severe multipath propagation, the signals arrive at a base station with substantial ISI(Inter-Symbol Interference)on each date-block, and thus to suppress it effectively has been a major issue. In this paper, aiming at the ISI suppression and performance improvement, we propose a DFT domain MMSE receiver configuration with DFE(Decision Feedback Equalizer)incorporating adaptive receive antenna array at the base station. In applying the DFE, low channel estimation accuracy is liable to degrade the ISI suppression performance, and thus we have to quantitatively investigate the required number of pilot symbols to achieve suppression gain. So, computer simulations have been conducted both in the known channel case and in the pilot-aided channel estimation case. The effective range of the proposed receiver is shown in relation with the necessary number of pilot symbols in terms of BER characteristics.
