Abstract(in English) Recently, IP network is used for telephone network which requires high availability and stability, and, not only non-real-time services but also real-time services, such as IPTV, are provided through IP network. As one of the efficient management method for stable end-to-end network service quality, network tomography technology is being researched. This paper proposes effective method to detect degraded end-to-end path for IP based network monitoring. Additionally, we note availability of OSGi Framework that allow readily end-to-end quality measurement, and flexible adaptation for new additional services.
