Abstract(in English) We have been proposed a high-temperature superconducting parallel-planar dual-band bandpass filter (HTS-DBPF) which has two passbands, 2.4-GHz band and 2.9-GHz band. This paper evaluates the impact on frequency responses of the HTS-DBPF caused by 1) alignment accuracy with regard to the top and bottom substrates and 2) temperature difference between the two substrates. Simulation and experimental results conclude that the frequency responses are less affected by the cooling temperature difference between the two substrates than by the misalignment between the two substrates.
