Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We carried out reducing the system noise level of the inter modulation distortion(IMD) measurement system at 5GHz for realization of transmit superconducting filters in mobile communication system. In this research, the dielectric noch filter(NF) and superconducting two-signal thru fllter(TTF) were introduced to the IMD measurement system and their system noiselevels were compared. We designed and fabricated the TTF which composed of 2-pole resonators with the high power-handling capability and tunability. The IMD characteristics which occured from each system were reduced 39.4[dBm] and 23.0[dBm] by using the NF and TTF, respectively.
