| Abstract(in English) | We report the phenomenon that the embossing of the face image introduce the change of facial expression. The psychological experiment showed that the effects of embossing works over the all type of faces despite of photographs, line drawings, and so on. The investigation of the causes of this phenomenon would go to reveal the basic mechanisms underlying facial expression recognition. |
