Proposal of optical waveguide array beam splitter and Mach-Zehnder optical interferometer

Abstract(in English) We propose an optical beam splitter that is achieved on a waveguide array, which has specially designed weighted coupling coefficients in order to achieve dispersion-free propagation, by introducing the phase changes on alternate optical waveguides. It is also shown that Mach-Zehnder type optical switch and optical sensor can be composed by using the two beam splitters.
