| Abstract(in English) | A small satellite and a small optical transponder being developed are introduced. With the given specifications, a scenario of the satellite-ground laser communications is described. In the scenario, the optical ground station of National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) that performed the satellite-ground laser communications with the Optical Inter-orbit Communications Engineering Test Satellite (OICETS) is planned to be used. Besides, a possibility to avoid the blockage of clouds is studied when two ground stations are placed in Japan area. |
