Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The total dose data from a Small Demonstration Satellite-1 (SDS-1) satellite is analyzed. The total dose is measured by a dosimeter (denoted DOS) utilizing RADFETs. The RADFETs have been calibrated with the Co6O gamma ray source and 7 devices (denoted RFET) were mounted in several component modules in and out of the satellite. The scope of the data is from the satellite lunch 23 January 2009 to the end of January 2003.
