Development of "Spot Annotation" System for Visual Data Management on Observation Activity

Abstract(in English) Recently, the improvement of the storage capacity of the storage device is advanced early amazing. Along with that, it came to be able to preserve various media like the picture image and moving image easily. Especially, when a digital camera and video camera leaves record, it is one of the tools utilized most frequently. And, Picture image and moving image is taken and saved by many people. However, many of especially these media are saved without being arranged, and they are, only the cameraman understands by what reason to have taken a picture image. There are existing methods such as tagging annotation. However, these methods do cause timelag. Because it is processing to perform after the shoot. Consequently, we developed the CAVScene system which during shooting to annotations in real time, and by do the annotations while feedback after the shoot. And it is used to organize information. Moreover, that practicality was verified by actually applying this developed tool to the educational spot.
