Abstract(in English) In e-learning system, when a teacher does not perform the meeting guidance with the student, the student may do dropout from a subject of e-learning. In this paper, we consider and discuss analytically the optimal study-support intervals policy for given various costs. Even if a teacher performs the meeting guidance with the student aimlessly, as for the teacher, there is a problem from an aspect of the cost-effectiveness for the study abandonment of the e-learning subject of the student or interval time of study-support. In this paper, we seek an optimal time of study-support which minimize the cost, and numerical example is finally given.
