| 抄録(和) | マイクロコントローラが搭載される電子機器において,回路動作時に発生する不要電磁放射による他の電子機器とのEMIが問題となっている.特に,車載電子機器で問題となるFM放送波などのVHF帯周波数では,プリント回路基板(Printed Circuit Board: PCB)の電源配線とGND配線を同相に流れるコモンモード電流が不要電磁放射を引き起こす.このコモンモード電流の抑制手法として,PCB上の電源配線およびGND配線の寄生容量とバランスするインダクタンスを電源配線およびGND配線に付加する手法がある.本報告では,著者らが提案しているPCB上でのコモンモード電流抑制法を拡張し,IC/LSIのパッケージにおけるコモンモードノイズ低減手法の妥当性および有効性を実験的に検証した.また,実際にプログラム動作しているマイクロコントローラにおいても,バランス制御によってコモンモードノイズを低減可能であることを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | In electronic devices on which micro-controllers are equipped, electromagnetic radiation causes EMI and can be emitted efficiently when conductor patterns of printed circuit boards(PCBs)and wire-harnesses act as antennas. In particular, common-mode current, which is generated when a micro-controller is operating, is one of the main causes of EMI problems. The authors have been proposed a method to reduce the common-mode current flowing on a wire harness attached to a PCB. In this method, chip inductors are equipped on power and/or ground lines on a PCB to control balance of the power distribution network(PDN), and we can reduce the common-mode current. In this paper, the authors verified this reduction method on a package of a micro-controller LSI. As a result, the common mode was reduced at several frequencies also when the micro-controller is in program operation. |
