Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, due to come down in price of camera devices and development of network techniques, demands of the continuous processings and observations are increasing. In addition, stream processing engines(SPEs)have been developed to fulfill these requirements. However, traditional SPEs have not been discussed about image processings and time-series processings for video streams, because the main topics of researches are query processings using relational operators. Therefore we develop a new stream processing engine named EagleEye which considers feature generations and time-series event detections using image processing techniques. By using EagleEye, system developers are able to execute query processings which use features of video streams and time-series event detections. This paper shows out basic idea and prototype system of EagleEye.
