Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Author is studying and presenting several experiments and proposals on his phase-continuous Fresnel lens and its application (1)~(4). His study covers per-pixel receiving transducer array at focal plane, followed by receiver electronics array. The presentation here is focused on an intermediate validation test of the system, where single element transducer supported by single channel Doppler receiver is mechanically scanned over entire focal plane imaging area, to reproduce equivalent image to be obtained when 32x32=1024 focal plane parallel static imaging system is embodied. Under an uniform illumination of CW ultrasound at flow phantom, its 32x32=1024 pixels image is obtained. It takes about 20 minutes to scan entire field for per-pixel dwell time is about one second. Whereas avoiding mechanical fluctuation on every scan stepping, actual data acquisition time (integration time) per pixel is about or less than 100mS.
