Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This study addresses the issue of large-scale simulations of sound wave propagation. We examine a hybrid technique combining FDTD method and CIP method. We evaluate the handling of the boundary between the FDTD domain and the CIP domain and propose a new setting method for the boundary considering the derivatives of the CIP domain. The investigation demonstrates that the hybrid FDTD-CIP analysis provides the results with less deformation than conventional FDTD analysis. The proposed method would be very effective for large-scale simulations.
