| Abstract(in English) | Japan is becoming a super-aging society and a national expenses of medical field is increasing. So, medical ICT is one of the effective policies to reduce medical expenses. There are some problems to apply medical ICTs. One is the network technique and the other is a national regulation of medical fields. However, the network environment is very excellent in Japan since NGN service was started in 2008. We have to verify the efficiency of medical ICT before waiting for deregulation of the government. In this paper, some field trials of medical ICT, such as tele-surgery and tele-healthcare, are described. |
