Abstract(in English) In this paper, we describe a vision of the open mobile communication system which realize flexible network construction by using virtualization technologies such as cloud computing and software defined radio. In our open mobile communication system, we assume applying virtualization technologies to all of the stratums which construct each mobile communication system, and plan to realize flexible network construction by instantiating the images of virtualized stratums on demand of service providers.
