Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Previous studies on visible light communication uses visually lighting LED. However, LEDs isn't always lighting. In this paper, we propose visible light communication method using visually non-lighting LED. This method enables us to communicate using visually non-lighting tail lamps of cars and visually non-lighting traffic lights and so on. We conduct two types of experiments to demonstrate the performance of the proposed system. The result shows possibility of communication using visually non-lighting LED.
