Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In wireless environment, the quality of streaming applications using DCCP-TFRC deteriorates severely at time of handover events. In particular, when RTT is increased after a handover event, the throughput of DCCP-TFRC drops sharply even if just one packet loss is occurred at the handover event. Since packet loss information is feedbacked from the receiver to the sender, we propose a method to ignore the feedback information in a period of time. Through simulations, we evaluate our method.
