| Abstract(in English) | Systems and scheme for protection and exploitation of patent in intellectual property are almost established at universities. In contrast, scheme for technology transfer of copyright such as software is not done at all. We discuss problems accompanied with copyright created at universities and introduce our approach in view of best practice at overseas universities. |
