Abstract(in English) | This paper describes ethics of the information flow control to control and to obstruct the covert channels with the multi agent system for the Internet. The problem of the information flow control is caught as a problem that people should harmonize a self-interest and mental value in the place of the interaction of the person and the society. Mental value is reduced to a language sign and presented in the place of the game of an economic activity etc. The information leakage and the information falsifications are interpreted as follows. That is, it is a phenomenon of its mental value's being reduced to the sign, and causing the outflow or the inflow outside assumption. The multi agents are mutually interactive and complex systems from the sign world from which everything controlled as for the information flow including value. (1)The idea for person and society is "Interaction". (2)The whole is made complex systems for the achievement of the interaction. (3)Ethics of the interaction arise from complex systems. (4)The standard of the interaction is expressed from ethics. (5) The semantics of the restriction and emergence is described from the standard. (6)There is a limit of the world expression in the semantics description. (7)Complex systems express the interaction that exceeds the description, and control the interaction. (8) In ethics in the information flow control, it starts from the subjectivity that exists in a relative location, and the whole society is still the reasons for the circulation to which the harmony of value and the game is kept. (9)The moral value exists inside an individual mind. (10)"Ethics of the information flow control" is things that "Control of the sign world" by "covert channel analysis and control" works well. |
