Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently years, 3D games and video replay applications that deal high quality image and sounds have appeared, so a CPU core is required more high speed data processing. Therefore, multi-core CPU that can be done parallel processing has begun to mainstream. Due to increase of CPU cores, connection of CPU cores would prefer ring-bus to crossbar. The study proposes to a task placement approach to improve ring-bus throughput by using traffic information. We experimented to measure throughput by multi-core CPU that has ring-bus. The experiment showed that throughput is improved by using proposal technique more than random placement.
