Abstract(in English) We have been developing a real-time waveforms monitoring system with superconducting SFQ circuits. Superconducting analog-to-digital (A/D) convertor, low-temperature package technology with cryocooler, and I/O technology are required for the system construction. We have proposed a new comparator composed of two complementarily-combined SQUIDs for A/D converters and designed a fully integrated 4-bit A/D converter with an error correction circuit as a back-end circuit. Then, the A/D converter chip was installed in the cryocooling system and was operated successfully. One of our cryocooling systems has two high speed optical input ports in which high-speed uni-traveling carrier photodiodes operable at low-temperature developed for superconducting systems are installed on the 4 K stage of the cooling system. We have applied the system for an AC voltage standard using sigma-delta modulation and succeeded in the operation of the AC voltage standard chip using a 40Gbps optical pulse pattern input signal.
