Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a study of data transfer system to support snow-blowers for safe and secure operations. The system uses high-accuracy positioning system realized by RTK-GPS (Real Time Kinematic GPS), where measured data at fixed points are used to calculate a position at target clients. RTK-GPS is used for surveying where clients do not moving, so this paper first presents results of evaluation abut the exiting RTK-GPS system on how it can be utilized for moving clients, i.e., snow-blowers. The evaluation has shown that RTK-GPS can be used basically but some enhancement need to be done. This paper proposes a design and implementation of the new system, and presents results of evaluation.
