| Abstract(in English) | Recently, Many administrations or companies operate the disaster information systems that to collect, to arrange various information, and to send it to the other party who needs information when the disaster occurs. As a result, These systems make it difficult to share the disaster information, because they might be constructed independently. This research aims to develop Autonomous Distributed and Cooperative System of a common infrastructure for connecting the existing systems and sharing the disaster information. This system distributes timely Alert information with accuracy to residents, and decreases the suffers at the time of flash Flooding occurrence. |
