Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Local IT support centers for persons with disabilities have a few staff members and volunteers. And there are a few users of the services in local area also. This situation makes it difficult to supply high quality services continually. Additionally, wider support areas make it difficult for the supporters to visit to the users, vice versa, in terms of cost and time. Although there lot of users in metropolitan area, it is difficult to arrange coordinator or volunteers. This paper describes the current status of National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, to share and discuss the tasks with other local support centers.
