| 抄録(和) | Webカメラを用いた視線推定システムを開発し,遂行機能障碍と注意障碍を有する高次脳機能障碍者1名における注意の切り替え方やその特徴を調査した.「ピンボール風訓練」の際,訓練当初における視線は画面の左側のボールを追従していたが,右側のボールを無視していた.訓練を継続して行ったところ,両側のボールを追従する視線の動きが確認されたが,視線が左右に2分化している様子が観察された.それは彼の注意が常に左右へ向いていないためである.これによって「ピンボール風訓練」を止め,「模擬トレイルメイキングテスト」「いじわる神経衰弱」「双六ゲーム」を実施した.その後に再度「ピンボール風訓練」を行い,これらの訓練が「ピンボール風訓練」での視線を左右のボールに移す能力に効果があるか調査した.その結果,視線を画面の左右へ頻繁に切り替える様子が確認された.遂行機能の訓練は注意の転動性を高める効果があることがわかった. |
| 抄録(英) | We have developed a gaze estimation system with Web camera and investigated switch of attention and its characteristics of a participant with higher brain dysfunction, in particular with disorder of executive function and attention disorder. In ''pinball like training'' his gaze followed the motion of the left ball only, and he neglected the right ball, at an early stage of the training. This training had been continuously executed and his gaze became to follow the motion of the ball on both sides, but his gaze is divided into right and left balls. It means that his attention is not divided both sides evenly. Therefore we adjourned this training for a while and carried out some other trainings which are based on the trail making test like, playing cards and Japanese backgammon like games. After these trainings, ''pinball like training'' was restarted again.We investigate whether those trainings increased the ability of moving his gaze to right and left ball evenly. As the result, it is confirmed that he could switch his gaze right and left alternately. It was found that the nutation of attention is improved by the training with our tools for executive function. |
